Analisa's newest adventure, is in the Digital Care organization, ready to enhance the chat experience and boost adoption rates. Analisa's not one to rest on her laurels. She's more of a "watch me juggle while I climb a corporate ladder" kind of person! After all, who wouldn't want to be a mighty cockroach? And guess what? She’s also a firebrand, always seeking to carve her own path in every role and encouraging others to do the same. It's like everyone else is on a casual stroll while she's taking an exhilarating corporate roller coaster ride!
To quote Liam Neeson from Taken, she possesses a "very particular set of skills," honed over a long and illustrious career – skills you would definitely want on your side during a corporate bake-off! She’s a proud alum of SMU Cox School of Business and Texas A&M University, boasting a collection of impressive certificates and degrees that could fill an entire wall – or serve as a makeshift workout area if she ever runs out of space.
A South Texas native, she currently resides in San Antonio with her husband of 20+ years and her bossy bosses, a Calico Siamese cat named Kat and a Pomarat dog named Bentley. Analisa may be a corporate titan by day, but by night, she transitions into the roles of "pet whisperer" and "professional snack distributor."

But not Analisa. Embodying the resilience of the mighty cockroach, she not only survived but thrived! If there were corporate Olympics, she'd be the gold medalist for overcoming adversity!
With an impressive 25 years under her belt at AT&T, she’s traversed the labyrinth of the company, acquiring knowledge and experience in over 19 different roles. This makes her the proud owner of a PhD in "How to Survive Office Politics." Her recent 3-year stint at the CX Labs OOP team is a testament to her dedication and evolution – or as she calls it, her corporate makeover!
